Nextream is an employee HRMS provided by TechKnowKraft to participating employers. Your employer controls the workplace records it asks Nextream to process.

Information processed

Depending on company configuration, Nextream processes account and employment details, attendance, leave, approved WFH or On Duty activity, travel expenses and receipts, payroll and payslips, private documents, device sessions and notification preferences.

Location information

Location is collected only under a company policy and an explicitly authorized attendance, WFH or On Duty workflow. Continuous tracking shows an active system indicator and ends when the authorized session ends. Periodic policies collect only employee-initiated check-ins.

How information is used

Information is used to operate HR, attendance, leave, travel, payroll, approval, audit and company integration workflows; secure accounts; investigate errors; and meet applicable employment, accounting and legal requirements.

Sharing

Records are available only to the employee and authorized company personnel according to their role. TechKnowKraft may use infrastructure and delivery providers to operate the service. Nextream does not sell personal information or use location for advertising.

Retention and requests

Retention follows the employer's policy and applicable legal requirements. Employees may request access, correction or deletion through their employer's HR administrator. Some payroll, attendance, accounting and audit records may need to be retained by law.

Security

Nextream uses authenticated access, role and company isolation, encrypted credentials, private document delivery, audit records and protected transport. No system can guarantee absolute security.
